Even so, when Aubrey woke up the next day, Alpha Henry’s dark circles were obvious. He had been tormented by desire and hadn’t slept all night!

So as soon as Aubrey got up, he stared at her, his resentment almost tangible.

Seeing Alpha Henry looking at her weakly, Aubrey finally felt a stir of pity. Besides, a whole night had passed. He shouldn’t have any fight left in him, right? Thinking this, she walked toward Alpha Henry.

“Help me untie this.”

Alpha Henry’s voice was low and hoarse. A fleeting light suddenly flashed in his dark eyes.

This made Aubrey sense danger. Her outstretched hand retracted, and she gave an awkward laugh.

“Uh, the person who tied the knot must untie it. I’ll go get Amanda to untie you.”

“You dare!” He was disheveled under the covers. How could he let someone else see?

Aubrey figured that was indeed improper. She slowly removed the pearl hairpin from her hair, fiddled in the lock for a few seconds, and the bedroom door immediately opened. Alpha Henry was dumbfounded.

Aubrey walked out, satisfied. “You can just turn into a wolf and break free yourself!”

The knock snapped Amanda out of it. She cradled the keys and started giggling. No matter what, her beloved car was finally hers!
