The bearded werewolf was stunned and couldn’t help but ask, “Why do they want to drive her insane?”

After hearing this, Onyx immediately sat up and glanced warily at Aubrey in the back seat. He only relaxed slightly when he saw she was still unconscious.

“Don’t ask questions you shouldn’t. Just drive!”

Onyx reprimanded him coldly, offering no further explanation.

He was a core member of this plan. He knew more.

He knew that Alpha Henry had been infected with the Kajit virus back in the Stella Pack, and he knew it was Aubrey who had used some miraculous medical skill to extend Alpha Henry’s life, allowing him to hold out for the antiserum.

His orders were to deliver Aubrey to the Mountain Pack and let that group of crude, cursed werewolves use the vilest, most despicable means to destroy her will.

Then, someone would naturally appear like a hero, pull her from the mire, and become the most sacred moonlight in her life.
