Hester took a quick glance around the room, feigning surprise and confusion, as if she’d accidentally walked into the wrong lounge. She froze, wide-eyed.
“I—I’m so sorry. I must have the wrong room,” she stammered, already reaching for the door to make her exit.
But there was no way these guys would just let her go. A woman this beautiful? They rarely saw anyone like her.
“Hector, check out the stunner who just walked in,” one of the men murmured in Hector’s ear.
Hector stood and lifted his gaze, spotting the woman in the white dress amidst the crowd. Her long, dark hair cascaded over her shoulders, her eyes—soft yet lost—held a gentleness that drew people in. Her face looked oddly familiar.
That was it. She looked like that witch, Sabrina.
But this woman was even more captivating—innocent yet undeniably alluring, with a lively spark in her expression. The kind of woman who haunted men’s dreams.
Hector had been with countless women, but never anyone quite like her. She was irresistible. He felt a fierce urge to conquer her.
He rose to his feet, never taking his eyes off her.
Catching sight of Hector approaching out of the corner of her eye, Hester ignored the protests from the others and insisted on leaving. But just as she reached for the door, a large hand landed firmly over hers on the doorknob.
Suddenly, Hector was all charm and manners.
“Hello, I’m Hector. Since fate has brought you into my lounge by mistake, perhaps I could be lucky enough to make your acquaintance?”
Hester’s lips curled in a sly smile.
Got him.
With that thought, Hester was more determined than ever to land Hector.
It didn’t take long for them to exchange numbers. At first, Hector was the perfect gentleman, but after a few drinks, his intentions grew bolder. He was known for being generous with women, and a single transfer of a hundred thousand dollars made Hester’s defenses crumble completely.
The rest was inevitable—the night unfolded exactly as you’d expect, and maybe even a little more.
Unbeknownst to them, everything was caught in crisp detail by the security cameras.
That night, Hester didn’t return home. She’d experienced something she could hardly accept.
After her night with Hector, she told him she needed to head home. Hector offered to drive her, but Hester couldn’t risk him finding out she was from the Sutton family. So she lied, saying her driver was already on the way, and didn’t let Hector see her off.
