“This must be fake news. The so-called ‘four queens’ got beat up and then apologized? Lacy isn’t the type to bow her head, and besides, our police are supposed to be fair. I bet this whole thing is made up.”

“It’s true. I’ve got a friend in Class One—he told me they all went down to the station, their parents picked them up, and… none of them could leave until they apologized to Sabrina.”

Was it because her parents refused to show up, so they sent her uncle to handle things instead?

So him coming to school made sense.
