Swapping a Broken Heart for a New Start novel Chapter 903

Camila Davis froze. "Say what?"

Dennis Williams didn't answer, his deep eyes simply fixed on her.

It took Camila a few seconds to realize he meant the confession she had just made in front of Jordan Smith.

She looked at the handsome man before her, his eyes full of expectation, and couldn't help but smile. She'd told him she liked him plenty of times before, but she'd never seen him look quite like this.

Well, if he wanted to hear it again, she was happy to oblige. When it came to pleasing the man she loved, Camila was more than willing.

She leaned closer, wrapping her arms around his neck. Her pink lips brushed against his ear as she whispered, her voice soft but firm, "I love you, Dennis. Thank you for bringing me to Cabinda, and for giving me everything you have. Thank you for your tenderness and your companionship. This is just the beginning. I'll love you every day from now on, more and more."

How could she not fall deeper and deeper for a man like him? Their love was a two-way street. She used to be afraid, but not anymore. He had given her the courage to be brave, and she was ready to give him her whole heart in return.

Dennis finally heard the words he'd been longing for, and his voice grew husky. He wanted to say something, but any words felt superfluous at that moment. Nothing in the world could sound more beautiful than what she had just said. A wave of emotion washed over him, filling his heart to the brim.

He wrapped his arms around her waist, pulling her tightly against him, locking her in his embrace. A searing kiss fell upon her lips, so hot it felt as if it could melt her into his very being, into his bones and blood.

Camila tilted her head back obediently, responding to his passion with her own.

After what felt like an eternity, the man pulled back slightly, breathing heavily. His eyes, full of tenderness, gazed down at her swollen lips. His voice was low, sexy, and raspy as he said, "Me too."

Those two simple words made Camila's heart skip a beat. Impulsively, she leaned in again and gently bit his reddened lower lip, then began to mimic the way he kissed her, exploring and pressing. It was the first time she had ever been so bold.

A low groan escaped Dennis's lips as he tightened his grip on her waist, a look of barely restrained desire in his eyes. Camila saw it, and her cheeks flushed. She was breathing quickly, her eyes shimmering with a passion that could steal a man's soul.

Dennis’s cool composure was instantly consumed by a thick haze of lust. His deep, handsome eyes turned as dark as an abyss, threatening to pull her in. He didn't speak. Instead, his long, elegant fingers slipped under the hem of her clothes, his warm, slightly calloused palm roaming over the skin of her waist.

Camila gasped.
