"My sister's taste is naturally excellent," Norris said with a smile. "Gordon's character and looks are top-notch. Now, it just depends on how well you two get along."

With thirteen older brothers to protect their sister, Norris wasn't the least bit worried about Gordon mistreating her.

If Gordon dared to lay a single finger on Caitlin, he was finished.

Before long, Gordon returned.

Norris asked the waiter to bring several bottles of vodka. "Mr. Sylvester, do you drink?"

"A little," Gordon replied.

Norris smiled. "This is a rare opportunity. How about we have a drink?"

"Of course." Gordon nodded slightly. "I'll be sure to drink to my heart's content with Brother Norris tonight!"

Norris looked at Gordon. "That's great to hear. It's been a long time since I've had a good drinking partner. Tonight, we don't go home until we're drunk."

A man's character is often revealed when he's drunk. Meeting his sister's boyfriend for the first time, Norris naturally wanted to properly test Gordon's true character.

Caitlin tugged on Gordon's sleeve and whispered a warning, "My brother can really hold his liquor. Be careful. If you really can't drink anymore, don't force yourself."

Caitlin then asked, "By the way, do you get wild when you're drunk?"

She had never seen Gordon drunk before.

"Don't worry, I'm a very good drunk. When I've had too much, I just quietly go to sleep."

Caitlin felt relieved to hear that.

Soon, the dishes arrived, and Gordon and Norris began to drink.
