THE DIVORCE GAMBIT From Dumped Wife to CEO's Forever novel Chapter 666

The Fish Ball Noodle Soup was from a small shop that had been open for over twenty years. They didn't do delivery; if you wanted it, you had to go and wait in line.

Hearing this, Tammie shot Benedict a triumphant look. "See? Ann knows I love that place, so she went out of her way to get it for me. Can your sister do that?"

"My sister might not make grand gestures, but she would never betray me," Benedict retorted.

It was exactly what Tammie didn't want to hear. "We already agreed! Until we have proof, you are not to slander Ann! Benedict, are you just trying to provoke me because we're friends?"

At that, Benedict fell silent, giving Tammie a long look. He couldn't begin to imagine how devastated Tammie would be when the footage was recovered and it proved Ann was the culprit.

Meanwhile, Caitlin and Stuart, after spending two days in Silverhaven with Fortune, flew to Neon Spire. They hadn't told Dowager Hannah Richards they were coming. After landing, they took a private car directly to the Richards Manor.

"Jack," Stuart said with a faint smile.

Returning to the Richards Manor stirred a complex mix of emotions in him. The last time he had been here, his wife had been by his side. He had fallen asleep, and when he woke up, everything had changed.

The butler's eyes reddened. He wiped away a tear. "Mr. Stuart Gonzales, it's a miracle! Please, come in! The Dowager will be overjoyed to see you and Miss Caitlin. And Master Theodore and Master Frederick just returned as well."
