After Aiden left, Sally pulled Dolly aside and asked in confusion, "Dolly, didn't you say before that your Aiden is the live-in son-in-law of the Gray Family? How come he has nothing and yet drives such a luxurious car? Even Mr. Thatcher treats him with such respect."
"I don't know either. He used to be different. My aunt often scolded him at home, but he never talked back. He seemed like a bit of a loser. I don't know why he has become like this now!" Dolly also looked puzzled.
Suddenly, Sally remembered something and said, "Didn't he just mention that he wants to divorce Angelina?"
"Oh, yes! How did they end up in such a situation?" Dolly said helplessly.
Sally was flummoxed as she asked, "Could it be that Aiden has money and connections now, so he’s abandoning her?"
"That's impossible. You don't know how good he is to Angelina, but hearing you say that, I thought of a possibility," Dolly said with a frown.
"What possibility?"
"It's possible that my Aiden can’t handle the pressure from the Gray Family anymore!" Dolly said confidently.
At this point, Dolly took out her phone and called Angelina.
Outside the medical center, Angelina heard the ringtone of her phone and hurriedly took her phone out. However, when she saw the caller ID, she felt a bit disappointed. It wasn't Aiden.
"Dolly, why are you calling me at this hour?" Angelina was upset.
Hearing Angelina's tone on the phone, Dolly asked with concern, "Angelina, what's wrong? Why do you sound so down?"
"It's nothing. Is there something you need, Dolly? Do you want to buy something?" Angelina asked with a smile.
Dolly was the youngest child in the family, and sometimes Janice didn't give her much money. Dolly had the best relationship with Angelina, so sometimes, when she wanted to buy something, Angelina would give her money.
"No, Angelina. I just wanted to ask, what happened to you and Aiden?" Dolly asked.
Angelina was taken aback by the question and then said, "How did you find out?" Then, as if she remembered something, she said, "Did my mom call Aunt Janice again?"
"No. I was just with Aiden earlier, and before he left, he told me that he's not my brother-in-law anymore," Dolly said hurriedly.
Upon hearing this, Angelina asked in surprise, "You're with Aiden? Is he with you now?"
"No, he just left. Angelina, what's going on? He’s so good to you. Why can't you and Aunt Janice treat him better?" Dolly sighed and asked.
Angelina was startled by these words. Yes. Even Dolly knew to call Aiden by his first name, but she and her family always referred to him as "good-for-nothing." Perhaps Aiden had completely lost hope in the Gray Family.
No, it was probably that he had lost hope in her.
"Angelina, are you still there? Why aren't you saying anything?" Dolly asked anxiously when she noticed Angelina's silence.
Angelina came to her senses and said, "I’m here. Dolly, focus on your studies, and don't worry about me and Aiden anymore."
"How can I not worry? You two were so good together. Why did it have to turn out like this? And even if Aiden made a decision, you could just try to persuade him. He always listens to you!" Dolly anxiously replied.
Angelina shook her head and said, "A lot has happened recently. I don't think he will listen to me anymore."

Seeing Aiden's expression, Angelina's eyes instantly turned red, and she said sadly, "Aiden, can you talk to me kindly?"
Aiden looked at Angelina's appearance, and his heart ached. His heart softened, and he said, "Let's go inside first. It's windy outside."
As he spoke, he walked towards the medical center. When he arrived at the entrance of the medical center, he noticed a suitcase at the door.
However, Aiden still didn't say anything. He simply opened the door of the medical center and took the suitcase inside.

"Angelina, can you be more mature?" Aiden turned around and looked at Angelina, saying, "We're not children anymore. Why do we have to force ourselves to be together?"
"Aiden, please don't be like this. I know I was wrong before. I neglected your feelings, but I'm changing. Can you give me some time?" Angelina pleaded.
However, Aiden shook his head and said, "Angelina, you know, I don't care about that. I just feel..."
At this point, Aiden sighed and fell silent.
Angelina approached Aiden and asked, "Feel what? Aiden, please tell me. Can you share your grievances with me today?"
"I just feel that your attitude towards me stems from an inherent lack of trust," Aiden said calmly.
Just as Angelina was about to speak, a voice came from outside the door. "Angelina? Are you there?"
