Linda was taken aback as she watched Aiden. A thought raced through her mind. Why is Mr. Owen from the Owen Corporation treating him with unexpected politeness?
On the other hand, Angelina looked at Aiden with a mix of emotions, realizing she couldn't seem to understand him now.
Meanwhile, Harvey gazed at Aiden with satisfaction.
Gabriel took Aiden's hand without hesitation and proposed, "Dr. Finnegan, since you're here, let's have a chat in my office."
Aiden smiled and replied, "Mr. Owen, you're too kind. It's only fair to compensate for the damage, and there's no need to arrange for someone else to choose another bracelet for my mother-in-law." He handed over the bank card once again.
However, Gabriel's expression turned serious as he questioned, "What's this? Dr. Finnegan, are you looking down on me?"
"Mr. Owen, you've misunderstood. You know I didn't mean that," Aiden hurriedly explained.
Undeterred, Gabriel continued sternly, "Well, what do you mean?"
"Dr. Finnegan, Gabriel wants to express his gratitude. Please don't refuse anymore. It will only make things awkward," Victoria intervened with a smile.
With a bittersweet smile, Aiden replied, "Thank you."
Seeing Aiden's acceptance, Gabriel chuckled and suggested, "Addie, we've always been so formal. It's awkward. I'm older than you, so I'll call you Addie from now on."
Victoria playfully rolled her eyes, teasing, "Where else can I find someone like you? Always acting like a big brother."
Gabriel smiled and replied, "I dislike those hypocrites the most. I can see that Addie is not someone who likes clichés either."
Aiden agreed, "Gabe is straightforward," then asked Gabriel, "Is this my sister-in-law?"
Gabriel slapped his forehead as he realized he had skipped Victoria's introduction. "Oops, I forgot to introduce her. She is my wife, Victoria Sinclair. We were discussing going to the medical center these days to have you help with her body conditioning as we are preparing to have a baby."
He asked Addie, "Do we still have to wait for a month like you mentioned last time? I'm feeling much better now, and it's killing me."
"Ish! Stop saying such a thing in public. We'll discuss this upstairs," Victoria lightly scolded upon hearing his words.
Then, she introduced Angelina, "Meet Dr. Finnegan's wife, Angelina Gray."
Victoria added, "I never expected Mr. Finnegan to be a doctor."
Leaving Harvey to accompany Linda downstairs to choose a bracelet, the rest went to Gabriel's office on the upper floor. After settling in, Victoria graciously prepared tea.
"Addie, I've got a few friends who know about my recovery. They're eager to meet you in the coming days," Gabriel shared with a smile.
Aiden nodded, replying, "Absolutely, Gabe. Looking forward to it."
"From now on, nobody in Keyland will dare to underestimate me!" Gabriel proclaimed, his voice echoing through the office.
Victoria returned with the tea just in time to hear Gabriel's declaration. "Who could look down on you in Keyland?"
"Victoria, little do you know, even though no one says it outright, behind my back, they all label me as infertile!" Gabriel snarled. "Now, let's see if I still carry that label!"
"By the way, Addie, I was asking you something earlier," Gabriel reminded, locking eyes with Aiden.
Gabriel extended his right hand towards Aiden, and Aiden placed his fingers on Gabriel's pulse. After a moment, Aiden grinned and announced, "Looks like your body has recovered well. Starting today, you're good to go with intimate activities."

However, Aiden interrupted, "It's okay, Gabe. I have a plan, and they will beg Angelina to come back."
Gabriel nodded and agreed, "Addie has always been resourceful. I believe Mason will beg Angelina to return."
Angelina was surprised by Aiden's statement. She wondered why Gabriel was so confident in Aiden's abilities. Whatever Aiden says, I have never believed him unless he actually accomplishes it, she thought.

However, Gabriel suggested, "Addie, how about we have dinner tonight?"
"No, Gabe. I have business at the medical center in a few days," Aiden declined.
He teased Gabriel by asking, "Don't you have something to do tonight, Gabe?"
"Go ahead with your business," Gabriel grinned, then winked at Aiden. "Addie, hehehe!"
Upon seeing Gabriel's mischievous expression, Victoria blushed and asked flirtatiously, "Are you trying to embarrass me?"
"There's nothing embarrassing about it, right, Addie?" Gabriel looked at Aiden with an indifferent expression.
Aiden didn't know how to respond to what Gabriel had just said.
Later, Aiden and Angelina went downstairs, leaving Gabriel and Victoria behind. As soon as Aiden had left, Gabriel hugged Victoria and said, "Darling, let's go home!"
"You're shameless!" Victoria exclaimed, glaring at Gabriel yet still managing to sound flirtatious.
