The class reunion was held at a hotel owned by Quinn Group. When Johnny and Kaitlyn arrived, quite a few familiar faces were already seated in the private room.

"Oh, look who's here! It's Mr. York and Ms. Swanson!"

"It's only been two years, but our school's heartthrob and it girl are already looking even more glamorous!"

A young woman in her early 20s shot a cold glance at Johnny and Kaitlyn, who were being fawned over by everyone. She snorted. "They're just posers!"

"By the way, where's Madison, Johnny? Why didn't she come with you?"

"She'll be here later," Johnny said, surprised that Madison wasn't there yet.

Before he could even contact her, a slightly chubby man remarked disdainfully, "If you ask me, a plain woman like Madison doesn't deserve a guy like Johnny."

"Right? I heard she practically clung to him and even used underhanded tricks to become his girlfriend."

"Poor Johnny. He's really put up with a lot over the years. Every time I see photos of Johnny and Madison, it just feels wrong.

"Honestly, I've always thought he and Kate make a better match. What could be more romantic than a wealthy heiress being with a self-made heartthrob?"

He spoke while winking at Johnny and Kaitlyn. And others began egging them on.

Kaitlyn's cheeks flushed from the teasing, but she maintained her composed persona, pretending to glare. "Hey, don't talk nonsense! Johnny and I are just friends."
