"What do you mean? What happened to Sebastian?" Giselle asked anxiously.

"He… He's dead…" Vivienne's voice broke on the phone, choking with sobs.

At that moment, Giselle's mind went blank with a roar. Her mouth hung open, but no words came out. She thought she had misheard her.

"What happened?" Giselle forced her tone to stay steady despite the shock pounding in her chest. She continued, "How could this be? What on earth happened?"

However, Vivienne was crying so hard she couldn't even say a word.

When Giselle finally learned that Vivienne was in a hospital, she jumped into her car and sped there. Her mind was in a complete mess.

Ten minutes later, she rushed to the emergency room doors and witnessed a tragic sight. Her body stiffened as her feet rooted to the floor.

She saw the medical staff push out Sebastian's body, covered in a white sheet. Tony and Renee were clinging to him, wailing in grief—especially Renee; she shook Sebastian's body like a madwoman and cried until she couldn't breathe. In the height of her grief, she fainted from lack of air.

Doctors immediately rushed over to resuscitate her.

As for the normally calm and composed Tony, he was now collapsed on the floor in despair. He sat there soullessly while tears streamed down his face.

Vivienne was also standing nearby, crying uncontrollably.
