Brother’s Best Friends Are My Mates novel Chapter 164

Matt

Lia’s heat ended up hitting her that night.

The sight of Lia lying there on the bed, writhing around in pleasure, was almost more than I could stand. Jesse was working her backend, stretching her out so she would be able to take him. I was doing my best to distract her by pumping my fingers in and out of her cunt, sucking hard on her clit.

She was a mess. It helped that we were going to do this while she was in her heat. At least the pleasure would help her with the pain.

Fuck, I don’t know how much more I could stand just sitting here, unable to fuck her. I wanted to sink my cock into her right now but the last thing I was going to do was hurt her.

“How do you feel, Lia?” I asked, chuckling, when all she did was moan,

Rain and Colby were in the corner, muttering something to themselves. The smell of pheromones was strong in the air. With all four of us releasing them, it was almost hard to focus.

When Lia came, it took me by surprise, but I didn’t stop moving my fingers. Jesse had added another finger inside her, pumping them in and out. Finally, he nodded to me.

He helped lift her, motioning for me to enter her first. Groaning, I pushed inside her and nearly came right there. It was almost embarrassing to think how easy I nearly came, but having Lia being around me like that was almost more than I could stand.

Her arms were draped around my shoulders, her backside arched out so Jesse could try to enter her. He started to push inside, causing Lia to let out a soft whimper. I reached between our bodies to rub at her clit, trying my best to distract her with as much pleasure as I could.

Jesse was groaning himself, going slowly until he was completely inside of her. He and I were doing our best to match our thrusts. Lia could do little but sit there between us, clinging desperately as she tried to keep up. But she could do little but cling to us.

I was the first one to come, filling her up with my seed. My knot started to swell as Jesse pulled out of her and came outside. He didn’t want to knot inside her ass. It would’ve hurt her.

Lia was whimpering, mumbling things under her breath. Jesse and I shared a look, helping her lie down. But then the heat flared up again.

I had just finished knotting her so I used my fingers, trying to bring her closer and closer to orgasm. She was panting, spreading her legs as far as I could go.

Fuck I was getting hard again.

I don’t know what the fuck I was going to do with the way she was making those noises. How were any of us going to be able to get through this in one piece?

Well, we would. Just like we always did, together.

“Shit,” Rain whimpered from where he was, followed by Colby growling as he came.

Smirking, I pushed inside Lia again. She wailed, the sound echoing throughout the whole house. Thank god her brother no longer lives here because it would’ve caused a lot of awkward problems.

Rain

Lia was finally asleep. Thank the gods.

It had been quite an experience. Jesse and Matt were lying beside her while Colby and I were cleaning up. The two had spent the majority of the time with her that night, so I was letting them rest.

This heat had been particularly grueling. I blamed it on the stress and dragon blood that she had running through her veins now. It was strange that it had changed her so much, but I guess we had to accept that things weren’t going to be the same.

The fact of the matter was that this had changed Lia. I’m not saying for the worse or the better. It just was. Sometimes things in life were just like that.

I grinned. “We survived. No casualties. No panic. No broken furniture.” I shot him a look “Unlike last time.”

Colby groaned. “That was not my fault. Who knew she’d be strong enough to throw a fully grown man across the room?”

Wincing, I thought of the memory. I blamed that on the fact that she had all this excess power. Having it tied into her heart had to be difficult for her. Honestly, I didn’t imagine how she managed to do it! She was one of the strongest people I’ve ever met. Literally and figuratively.

I laughed. “I did. That’s why I stayed out of range.”

He muttered something under his breath, but the smirk on his face betrayed him. We both glanced toward the bedroom, where Lia was finally-mercifully-knocked out, curled up in a nest of blankets like she’d run a marathon. Which, honestly, wasn’t too far off.

“She seemed happy, though,” Colby said, his voice softer now. “Like, actually happy.”

I leaned against the counter. “Are we making this a competition, or are we just going with ‘whatever’s in the fridge’?” He raised an eyebrow. “You want to compete with me in the kitchen? You’re on.”

I stepped back “Oh, I’m game. But just so you know, I make a mean bowl of cereal.” He chuckled. “We’ll see about that.”

And with that, the race to survive Lia’s hunger began. “Wait.”

“What Rain?”

“Can I try to cook?”

Colby burst out laughing. “Rain, don’t ever ask if you can cook again. Why would you want to cook when you know damn well you run the risk of setting the entire house on fire?”

“Fuck, you start a few fires in your life and people never let you forget it. Why can’t people just accept that I happen to set things on fire? It doesn’t make me a bad person!”

“No one is saying it makes you a bad person. What does it makes you a dangerous person when it comes to cooking?” I pouted. At least I was able to eat without a problem.

“Fine, I’ll agree to shelve this discussion for another day. Everyone is going at be starving once this is over.

There always was the risk that we could also end up having a rut. Ruts were common for alphas, just like heats were common for omegas. But we usually only had a rut maybe once or so a year, while an Omega was dealing with at least three or four heats.

Lia had been on suppressants but with all the crazy shit that was going on in her life she had forgotten to take them. Which was o surprise.

But she had us to help her through it, so it didn’t matter.

By the time Colby managed to whip up some food, Lia and the other guys were awake. They were famished, and honestly, I just watching them eat was making me hungry!

Lia was still able to talk and communicate right now so things were okay with her. But then I saw a flush appear on her cheeks, knowing that it wasn’t going to be long before the heat was going to be taking over again.

Lucky for her, we were all here to help her through it!
