Quintessa's eyes slowly widened in shock, "Holy smokes, Molly isn't exactly a shrinking violet, is she? She's like a one-woman army."
Daring to call Andrew a woman, that took some serious guts.
Not just Quintessa was taken aback, even Andrew seemed a bit stunned. It was probably the first time anyone had dared to insult him in such a manner.
Quintessa reached out to pull Molly aside to tell her that Andrew wasn't a woman, but a man.
But Molly, ever so protective of her friend Quintessa, shielded her and pointed at Andrew's face, saying, “With that pointy chin of yours, how many knives did it take to sharpen into that cone head? A fine woman you'd make, pretending to be a man. You think slapping on a black suit turns you into the big bad wolf? Pfft... With that face, can you even smile? Does it crack from all the Botox?”
Quintessa knew all too well how dangerous Andrew could be. Molly insulting him like this probably wasn't going to end well.
Quintessa whispered, “A man?”
Molly looked puzzled, “What man?”
Quintessa clarified, “He's a man.”
Molly paused for a moment and then burst into laughter, “What man? Him... he doesn't look anything like a man. He's totally a woman! I... I…”
Molly couldn't finish her sentence because she finally saw, the 'beauty' had a beard.
Suddenly, Molly felt her legs weaken, thankful that Quintessa was there to support her.
She whispered, “Is he really a man?”
Quintessa nodded, “Yes, he's a man.”

Andrew was direct, cutting to the chase.

Andrew chuckled lowly, “Father and daughter…”
Quintessa detected the sarcasm and retorted, “Of course, father and daughter. Otherwise, what, you thought you were part of the family?”
Under the dark shadow of the umbrella, Andrew's complexion looked even paler as he simply stated, “Though not father and daughter, being called uncle wouldn't be too far off the mark.”
