Chapter 95 An Unholy Alliance
Bianca’s expression changed. “You’re mistaken.”

Baron sneered. “What, do you really believe you’re the young miss of the Lowell family now? You don’t have a drop of Lowell blood in you. Have you forgotten I was the one who helped you forge the evidence? Or did you get so lost in the lie you started to believe it yourself?”
Bianca gritted her teeth. “We’re in the same boat. You don’t need to talk to me like that.”
“The same boat? Summer, I told you from the beginning: I wanted her. You wanted her dead.”
“I stopped you in the end, didn’t I? And I covered for you. If I hadn’t, Jasper would have had you killed by now.”
Baron laughed coldly. “Don’t think I don’t see through your act. What do you want this time?”
Bianca stopped pretending. “I want the baby in her womb.”
Baron’s gaze dropped. “The baby?”
“Yes. She’s pregnant with Jasper’s child. I want it.”
This was the real reason Bianca had suddenly changed her plans and rushed over.
She was also pregnant. The incident where she’d “gone into the wrong room” hadn’t just gotten Tatiana pregnant; she had been caught in the same trap. But because of her own poor health, she couldn’t have an abortion and would be forced to carry it to term.
If she gave birth, she was finished.
She had originally planned to risk giving birth and sending the child away, but now, learning that Tatiana was also carrying Jasper’s child, a much better idea had emerged.
A swap.
If she could steal Tatiana’s identity, she could steal her child as well.
At this thought, Bianca said impatiently, “I’ve arranged a car for you. Take her and hide out for a while, until…”
Baron cut her off. “Hold on. I think you’re confused. She’s mine now. I’ll do whatever I want with her, and you can’t control me,”
“Baron! What are you trying to say?”

“Shut up.
I’m playing a game with her. You will not interfere. If you dare, I guarantee your status as the Lowell heiress is gone.”
That threat hit Bianca where she was most vulnerable. Losing everything she had now was her greatest fear. If her identity was exposed, she was ruined.
“What game are you playing? What if something goes wrong…”
“You don’t need to worry about that. But… don’t let me find out you’ve tried to kill her again. Understand?”
Bianca was furious. She had already noticed Jasper’s strange behavior recently. He was often distracted and absent, completely ignoring her.
Even though they’d had the ceremony, she still wasn’t legally Mrs. Jackson. She couldn’t relax.
Only if Tatiana was truly “dead” would Jasper ever belong to her.
But frustratingly, when Xavier had tried to file the death certificate, Jasper had blocked it.
All of this made her suspicious. She was terrified that if this dragged on any longer, Jasper’s heart would change.
Men were such despicable creatures. They never cherished what they had, only missed it when it was gone.
“Don’t forget, you still owe me a favor.”
“Didn’t you want her baby? I’ll give it to you.”
Bianca finally relaxed. She glanced at Tatiana’s ruined face, and her spirits lifted immensely.
With a face that mangled, she refused to believe Jasper could ever love her again.
When Tatiana awoke, her face was a mask of searing pain.
“You’re awake? Don’t move too much. What did you do to your face? A young girl like you… it’s going to be a problem if it scars.”
She opened her eyes and took in her surroundings. It was a messy concrete room, piled high with stacks of cardboard and plastic bottles in large bags.
The person in front of her wasn’t Baron, but a kindly–looking old woman.
“Where… am I?”

“At my place. You collapsed right in front of my door, your face covered in blood. You scared me half to death.”
Blood?
She was suddenly yanked back to the moments before she lost consciousness. “A mirror? Do you have one?” she asked frantically.
