Martin sounded surprised. “Lillian, didn’t you go to the hotel with Sebastian? Why are you back?”

“I came back to get some things. I’m going to the psychiatric hospital and the nursing home.”

Bella walked over, and Lillian could clearly see her eyes were red and puffy, as if she had just been crying.

But Bella maintained her usual serene and gentle demeanor. “Let me arrange for someone to go with you.”

Lillian frowned slightly and brushed past her shoulder. “Don’t trouble yourself.”
