Kneel Down to Win Back the Heiress Queen novel Chapter 208

Chapter 208 It Was All Thanks to Nancy

Jordan’s car was pinned between the cliff wall and Bob’s vehicle. Sparks flew as metal scraped against stone. His face darkened when he glanced over, only to see Bob flipping him off.

From the stands, people leapt to their feet.

God, what happened to Jordan?

Isn’t number 19 going too far? That car could explode at this rate!

He’s the captain of the Murraysteam. How could he not dodge that? Pathetic!Someone sneered.

The Riversdale team members berated him as well. Did he really think he could keep Fergus with skills like that? What a joke. Fergus staying with that trash team for years was generous enough!

The Murraysteam sat stiffly with dread. If their captain went down here, their shot at the nationals would effectively be over.

Bob smirked as he watched Jordan struggle.

Jordan’s wheel rattled violently in his hands. Every ounce of pressure on his arms sent waves of pain through his bones. Sweat poured down his face.

Had his hands been fine, Bob wouldn’t have stood a chance. Yet, Jordan was now being forced back by someone he had beaten countless times before.

At this moment, a loud crash sounded, and Jordan’s car was suddenly made free. Conversely, Bob’s car swerved, nearly spinning off the track before clawing its way back to the road.

Nancy was the one who had rammed into him.

Jordan was stunned. Left with no time to think, he slammed the gas and shot past his opponent.

Bob steadied himself, muttered some curses, and locked his eyes on Jordan’s car again.

Up ahead was a tight curve. It was perfect for knocking Jordan clean off the mountain. One crash there, and he would never race again.

A vicious gleam lit his eyes as Bob floored the gas.

But just before he could hit Jordan’s car, another car silently slid up beside him and slammed hard into his flank.

His rear end fishtailed, spinning dangerously close to the cliff. He fought desperately with the wheel, scraping along the rock wall before finally regaining control. By then, dozens of cars had blown past him.

When he finally got back on track, Jordan was already far ahead.

2/2

Cold fury flashed in Bob’s eyes.

Up ahead, racers from the Riversdale team closed ranks, trying to box Jordan in.

But a pink sports car rammed through them one by one. The pink car cut through the chaos like a guardian angel, shielding Jordan on his way to the finish line.

The audience was stunned silent.

Even Yolanda froze at the sight. Was Nancy really that good?

Fergus bit his lower lip. Someone beside him muttered, Fergus, isn’t that your sister? What is she doing?

His face soured, then twisted into a smirk. She’s toying with Jordan. She’s just pretending to protect him now, then she’ll stab him in the back at the last second.

It was a clever way to win his approval.

With that thought in mind, Fergus folded his arms and smugly watched on.

Minutes later, the race ended.

The black car took first place, and the white car took second.
