Oops I Banged the CEO novel Chapter 140

Jason reached for Yvonne’s arm.

In the dim light, her pale skin and graceful figure seemed to lure him on. Jason leaned down, hand outstretched, intent on touching her.

But the moment he moved, Yvonne’s eyes snapped open—crystal clear and icy cold. The look she gave him froze Jason in his tracks. For a second, he was paralyzed by her sudden, chilling presence.

Then, with a burst of strength, Yvonne shot her knee upward, landing a brutal blow right between his legs. Jason howled in agony, clutching himself as he doubled over.

Seizing the moment, Yvonne scrambled upright, desperate to leap from the trunk and escape.

This was an old, run-down neighborhood—no security cameras worth mentioning. If something happened, she’d have no real evidence. But Jason’s scream had definitely drawn attention. If she could just get out and call for help, she’d be safe.

She barely got one foot to the ground before John appeared out of nowhere, wielding a stun baton. He shoved it against her neck and pressed the trigger to full power.

A violent jolt ripped through Yvonne, her body arching as she was hit with a surge of electricity. She collapsed back into the trunk, limbs limp and useless, her vision swimming. She could barely register John’s leering face above her.

“This time, you’re not getting away,” John sneered, a twisted grin splitting his face. “I’ve had my eye on you for a long time. Tonight, you’re mine. Tomorrow, I’ll marry you—won’t matter to me that you’ve been married before.”

Yvonne glared at him with all the hatred she could muster.

John, a shameless brute, just laughed off her fury. He’d been obsessed with Yvonne’s beauty for years, and tonight he’d finally get what he wanted, no matter what.

Outside, someone must have heard Jason’s cry. An older man walked by, flashlight in hand, calling out to see if everything was alright.

John kicked his brother, barking at him to get it together, then hurried out to intercept the neighbor. “Just stubbed my toe on a rock, sir—nothing to worry about.”

As the man’s footsteps faded away, hope drained from Yvonne’s heart.

John yanked Jason to his feet. Together, the brothers hefted Yvonne between them. On the way home, they ran into a couple of neighbors. “She had too much to drink,” they explained casually. “We’re just getting her home safe.”

Yvonne tried to protest, a muffled cry escaping around the tape.

John slapped her cheek, his smirk growing uglier. “Hush now. Wouldn’t want anyone hearing you, so let’s keep that mouth shut.”

She jerked her head away from his filthy hand, her breath ragged, her whole body recoiling in disgust.

John wasn’t bothered. He turned to Jason. “Hurry up. The sooner we’re done, the sooner we get paid.”

Jason’s gaze was glued to Yvonne as he fumbled with the camera equipment, unable to get it set up.

John grumbled and stepped over to help, fixing the tripod and starting the recording. Then he turned back, heading straight for Yvonne.

She tried to push herself away, but her body wouldn’t respond—she could only press herself helplessly back against the wall, eyes wide with terror.
