Old Mr. Stone saw her struggling and sneered coldly, "Are you scared now?"

Ariana snorted softly, her eyes filled with scorn, "In Mr. Stone's eyes, just what kind of person is Lambert?"

Mr. Stone hesitated because of her counter-question. Before he could answer, Ariana continued, "Maybe in your eyes, your grandson is as the world says, a playboy who has achieved nothing. But in my eyes, Lambert is not like that."

Old Mr. Stone was irked by her mocking response. He recalled how the seemingly unlively Lambert had always been a source of his irritation. He stood up with a dark expression, leaning on his cane, and coldly said, "It seems Miss White is ill, Doctor, please conduct a thorough examination."

Ariana remained silent and looked indifferently as Old Mr. Stone finished speaking and coldly turned to leave.

On the other hand, when Ariana had been absent from the dinner for too long, someone noticed her prolonged departure. When they went to look for her, they found a mobile phone dropped on the ground.

They immediately felt something was wrong and quickly reported it to Gilbert.

Lambert had just stepped out of the bathroom when he learned that Ariana had been abducted and his cold eyes narrowed instantly.

After thinking for a while, he called someone and asked them to check the CCTV footage of the Stone family's main gate.

About an hour ago, a car indeed entered through the main gate of the Stone family residence.

Lambert ordered to suppress the news of Ariana's disappearance completely and rushed to the Stone family home.

Old Mr. Stone was not surprised at the late-night appearance of Lambert

As soon as Lambert's car stopped at the gate, the butler was already waiting there.

"Sir, Mr. Stone has been waiting in the hall for a long time."

Don't forget that everything you have today, all your dependencies, are bestowed upon you by the Stone family. Hence, you have no capital, and no right to choose your own wife."
