Dennis’s expression turned serious. He nodded. “Larry has been making impressive strides at the Smith Group, and his capabilities have earned him the respect of the executives and shareholders. But as you know, the more he succeeds, the more nervous that woman gets. She can’t stand to see him do well, so she’s started causing trouble again.”

The elder Mr. Williams frowned. “What did she do?”

“She claims she’s been having nightmares and suffering from severe anxiety,” Dennis explained. “She says she dreams of Larry’s mother cursing them. She went to a church to seek peace and was supposedly advised by a spiritual guide. This guide told her that for the Adams family to have peace, they must relocate the grave.
