Too Late She Already Married Mr. Right (Sophia) novel Chapter 267

Her cheeks burned. 'Wait... was he actually saying, nearly thirty and still a virgin?'

Sophia fumed, face red, at a total loss.

"Sophia, I want you." Richard didn't let her think for a second more; before she could speak, his lips claimed hers fiercely once again.

Outside the tent, Annabelle had called for a hotel shuttle and was heading over with the driver.

Even though the tent was supposed to be top-notch, soundproofing clearly wasn't part of the package.

As they got closer, Annabelle suddenly froze. Her face went pale-there was no mistaking the noises coming from inside.

She hurriedly pulled the driver back, whispering, "Sorry, let's just wait for them in the shuttle."

'Guess Uncle Richard doesn't need a doctor now-looks like someone's already stepped up to play the hero for him, she thought.

But is Sophie really going along with this? Or is Uncle Richard pushing her into it?' Annabelle couldn't help but worry, unease twisting inside her.

Annabelle took the driver back to the tour cart and quietly told him to park further away, making sure they wouldn't interrupt those lovebirds.

The driver obliged and did as she said.

Meanwhile, Lucas had already made it back to Jelasburg, where his buddies dragged him out to Midnight Vault for drinks.

After a day of pent-up frustration, he finally had an outlet to let loose, and the whole crew went wild.

Lucas was drunk in no time.

Raymond Dawson clapped his hands, and the door swung open—a girl walked in wearing a pure white dress, her long, straight hair framing her face. She looked exactly like the well-behaved girl-next-door type.

One look at her, and it was like seeing Sophia when she first arrived in Jelasburg-she was overflowing with that fresh, innocent energy.

For guys who hung out at clubs all the time, that sort of pure vibe was pure kryptonite.

She quietly made her way over to Lucas, moving with sweet obedience. As she got closer, the air around her carried a trace of creamy sweetness, like milk.

Raymond shot her a knowing look, then wrapped his arm around the sultry woman in his arms and headed off to the next private room.

Raymond and Lucas had been friends for over twenty years-he knew exactly what kind of women Lucas was into.

Playing to someone's tastes was just how these rich kids made friends.

Nina slipped in beside Lucas, watching as he leaned back on the couch with his hand covering his eyes, looking all flushed and honestly kind of out of it.

She carefully poured some water and brought it right to his lips, her voice soft as a whisper. "Here, drink some water. You'll feel better, promise."

When Lucas heard that familiar voice, he yanked his hand away, eyes snapping open.

And there she was-the woman who'd been haunting his thoughts

She'd grown into herself since he'd first met her, with a new hint of allure. He remembered the dried blood on the couch-that had been her first time, given to him.

He grabbed her by the waist and pulled her in. "Where have you been all this time? I sent people searching everywhere, but you disappeared."

He accidentally knocked the glass out of Nina's hand, splashing water all over his slacks.

Nina hurried to help, setting the glass aside and grabbing tissues to wipe it off. But as she dabbed at his pants, she suddenly sensed something wasn't right.

She looked down-and her face went scarlet in an instant.

"Mr. Westwood..." Nina's voice trembled with a mix of shyness and hesitation.

Lucas hooked a sly smile, his eyes glinting wickedly, then effortlessly drew her into his lap.

You got me all riled up, so now it's your job to fix it," he murmured, a teasing spark in his voice.

Nina's cheeks burned as she bit her lip, her eyes darting away. "Mr.

Westwood, I'm... a little scared. Last time you were really intense-when I got home, my family actually asked if I'd taken a tumble."
