At the buffet, Drusilla grabbed some food for herself and the kids and settled down at a table.

Lilith sat nearby, and a server brought her something without even asking.

She looked over at Drusilla and said, "Aunt Drusilla, I heard you and Uncle Enoch are heading for splitsville?"

Drusilla looked down and muttered, "So what if we are?"

"Just a shame, that's all," Lilith replied, her voice dripping with schadenfreude.

Drusilla glanced at her and smirked just as her phone rang.

It was Oberon on the line. "Mrs. Taylor, Mr. Taylor needs to see you. Could you come over?"

"Where?" Drusilla asked.

"The lounge," Oberon informed.

Drusilla glanced at the kids and then at Blythe. "I've got to step out for a bit. Colton, Cormac, stay here with grandma, okay?"

Colton and Cormac nodded.

Leaving the buffet, Drusilla made her way to the lounge and bumped into Harlan in the hallway.

"Aunt Drusilla, what brings you here? Need any help?" Harlan offered, a teasing tone in his voice.

"No need." Drusilla was all too aware of the snark hidden behind his respectful address.

Harlan, seeing her scowl, felt even more pleased. "Heard about the divorce with Enoch."

Drusilla replied tersely, "And what of it?"

This couple, each more annoying than the last.

Now it was his turn to get back at her.

But just then, Oberon's voice came from behind Harlan.

Drusilla looked up and said, "Perfect timing, Harlan's blocking my way."

Oberon approached, eyed Harlan, and quipped, "Mr. Stanton seems to have a lot of free time today?"

Harlan, caught off guard as he thought Drusilla was imposing on Oberon, could only weakly excuse himself, "I was just worried she might get lost and needed directions."

Drusilla ignored him and followed Oberon straight to Enoch's lounge.

At the door, Oberon said, "Mr. Taylor is inside."

Drusilla hesitated, hand on the doorknob, then turned to Oberon, "What... does he want?"
