free?”

Valentina said, “Then Uncle and Aunt should build an amusement park in the city, too.”

The adults laughed when they heard that.

Xavier laughed. “Alright, your uncle will consider it. I’ll see if there’s a suitable plot of land in the city to build one.”

The adults heard this and thought Xavier was just humoring Valentina. It was highly unlikely for the to build a large amusement park in the city.

It wasn’t an issue of funds, but a matter of the government not approving such a large plot of land.

Just then, a yellow Maserati drove onto the construction site. Aveline recognized it as Josephine’s car and glanced coolly at Xavier.

Xavier recognized it too, his expression turning cold. When he saw Aveline looking at him, he quickly moved closer and whispered,

“Don’t look at me like that. I have no idea what’s going on either.”
