He couldn't help but glance at Victor's legs.

He winced inwardly, on the verge of tears.

Victor finally let go of his collar, narrowing his eyes as he peered inside.

But after scanning the area several times, he still couldn't spot their target.

He reached out and once again grabbed the collar of Kemp, who had just started to relax.

"Get your uncle over here, or call him and ask where Domingo is right now."

His face was a taut, expressionless mask, which only made him more terrifying.

Victor suddenly felt a phantom pain in his rear end again.

He reluctantly gritted his teeth and dialed his uncle's number. A wave of resentment surged in his throat, but before he could complain, he saw the look in Victor's eyes.

He quickly changed his tune, swallowing his bitterness.

"Uncle, do you remember that guy, Domingo? Where is he in Zone Two right now?"

"Why are you asking about him?"

"Come on, Uncle! I'm just asking a question. Have you forgotten how you promised Mom you'd look after me?"

"Always asking for this and that, day in and day out. Do you think your uncle is some kind of personal genie?" a gruff, middle-aged voice barked from the other end of the line.

Kemp shrank back, nervously glancing at Victor's face. He saw Victor raise an eyebrow, his gaze landing on his left butt cheek.

A shiver ran down his spine. "Uncle!"
