I Owe the Tyrant Four Little Heirs novel Chapter 132

“I’ll help supervise too, Mommy,” Jove added.

“Good.”

Jove then said, “Mommy, you have work tomorrow. You should get some sleep. Don’t worry about us. I’ll take care of them. You can rest easy.”

“Thank you, Jove,” Niamh said gratefully. If only the other three were as self-sufficient and sensible as him. But, as they say, you can have nine children, and all nine will be different. What could she do?

“Keir, what are you still sitting there for? Go stand in the corner!” Jove kicked his brother’s chair.

Keir grumbled. Aurelia was a bit slow; he hadn’t said anything wrong. Mommy was getting more and more biased.

As Keir stood in the corner, Jove sat at his computer, typing away while keeping an eye on him.

“Jove, what are you doing?” Keir asked, intrigued, starting to step away from the wall.

“Stay put! Don’t move! And no talking!” Jove snapped, his voice stern.

Keir pouted and shuffled back to his spot. He knew something interesting was about to happen.

...

Meanwhile, Jareth had finished his shower. After drying his hair, he sat on the sofa and picked up his phone to browse the web.

A message from Usher popped up with a link.

[You should see this.]

Jareth clicked on it. It was a tabloid story about him and some B-list actress, complete with photos. The pictures, two of them, showed him walking into the Portsmore Hotel with her, and another showed them entering room 1808.

Jareth laughed. The photos were clearly doctored.
