I Owe the Tyrant Four Little Heirs novel Chapter 189

"It's way fancier than Mommy's scooter," she declared.

Keir rolled his eyes. "Aurelia, can you try to have a little dignity? You're always acting so wild. How are you ever going to get married when you grow up?"

"That's none of your business!" she shot back. "I'll bounce if I want to!"

And she bounced with even more enthusiasm. Unable to stand it, Keir switched seats with Jove. Jove, however, just smiled at Aurelia's antics. It was rare to see his perpetually teary-eyed sister so happy.

Jareth and Niamh sat side by side, both watching the children with smiles on their faces. For Jareth, it felt like a dream. He had never imagined he would have children, let alone four such adorable ones.

He glanced at Niamh. It was all because of her. “Niamh,” he thought, “I promise, I will not let you down. Even if you won't marry me, everything I have will be yours.”

Forty minutes later, Jareth's Maserati pulled up in front of Cliffhaven International Preschool. The multi-million dollar car was already drawing attention, but when the four identical children piled out, all eyes were on them.

"Wow!"

"Look at them! They're so cute!"

"The little boy with the blond streak is the cutest, don't you think?"

"I think the little girl with the curly hair is the cutest!"

"They're all adorable!"

After the children got out, Niamh followed.

"The woman in the yellow and white dress must be the mom, right?"

"Ms. Lynn, did you hear that?" Jareth whispered to her. "They think I'm the kids' father."

"You're imagining things, Mr. Bragg," she muttered.

Jareth just smiled and took Aurelia's hand. "Aurelia, shall we walk in together, holding hands?"

"Yes! Yes!" she squealed. "That way, the other kids will think I have a daddy, and they won't bully me anymore. Oh, Mr. Bragg, if someone asks me if you're my daddy, can I say yes?"

"Of course," Jareth replied without hesitation.

"Yay! I have a daddy!" Aurelia clapped her hands in delight.
