I Owe the Tyrant Four Little Heirs novel Chapter 58

“Niamh, if you have any shred of gratitude for what my dad did for you, you will leave this company immediately!” Rhoslyn commanded.

“This is a workplace. What is all this shouting about?” Jareth’s cold voice cut through the tension. He wheeled himself toward them.

Seeing Jareth, Niamh’s face registered shock, while a triumphant smirk played on Rhoslyn’s lips.

“Mr. Bragg, did you hear all of that?” Rhoslyn asked.

Jareth ignored her question, his dark gaze fixed on Niamh.

“Mr. Bragg, it’s not that I want to target Niamh,” Rhoslyn said, feigning reluctance. “It’s just that, given our history, it’s impossible for us to work in the same company. So, I think it would be best if you let her go.”

Niamh clenched her fists. Mr. Bragg already disliked her; now he surely believed she was the one who had cheated on Cormac. She was done for.

That familiar, suffocating feeling of being unable to defend herself washed over her.

“Niamh, come to my office,” Jareth said, his voice void of emotion. He turned his wheelchair and left without another word.

Niamh stood there, confused.

“Are you deaf? I said, come to my office,” Jareth’s command echoed down the hall.

Niamh threw the cardboard to the floor, shot Rhoslyn a final, withering glare, and ran to catch up.

Rhoslyn, seething with frustration, kicked the piece of cardboard across the floor.

Jareth was clearly protecting that wretched girl. She remembered that on the day of the interview, Niamh hadn't met the qualifications, but Jareth had personally instructed HR to hire her.

What was the relationship between Jareth and Niamh?

As soon as Niamh entered the CEO’s office, Jareth asked flatly, “Have you eaten?”
