I Owe the Tyrant Four Little Heirs novel Chapter 80

“She’s got some nerve,” he thought. “And she had the gall to claim her fall was an accident?” She had screamed when she saw him shirtless, acting all innocent.

So she was a better actress than he’d given her credit for.

“Alright, Niamh,” he thought, “if you want to play, let’s play.”

He grabbed the woman, pulled her over his shoulder, and leaned in to kiss her.

Just as his lips were about to meet hers, he saw the face of a complete stranger.

His heart dropped. Who was this woman? Where was Niamh?

He shoved the woman away, and she landed on the floor with a yelp.

Jareth scrambled out of the tub, grabbing a towel and wrapping it around his waist. Seeing the naked woman on the floor, he roared, “Get out!”

The woman flinched. “Sir, you were the one who called me for my services,” she whimpered. “Why are you so angry?”

“When did I call you?” he snapped, turning his back to her naked form. Who the hell had set this up?

“Your secretary sent me,” the woman explained. “She said you had… physical needs that required my assistance.”

His secretary? Niamh? He had physical needs?

That damn woman! How dare she play a trick like this on him?

He was furious.

“Get out, and don’t let me see you again!” he roared.

“But… you haven’t paid me yet,” the woman said weakly.

“Get the money from whoever hired you!” he yelled.
