Karma Doesn’t Sleep The Revenge Queen Rises novel Chapter 612

Clive hurled his half-finished glass at the wall. It exploded, red wine splattering like blood across the paint.

The room went dead quiet, except for his own harsh, uneven breathing.

He’d seen them.

The man who walked Timmy upstairs—it was Ryan.

Clive had been holding onto this fragile hope, but just now, he’d caught Ryan and Amelia making out where they thought no one would see.

Amelia’s shy, flustered look—the one that used to be his alone.

She really did fall for someone else. She’d told him she was done, and she’d meant it. She’d left him behind without a second thought.

Clive’s eyes burned, his jealousy so sharp it felt like someone had grabbed his heart and thrown it onto a burning stove. He pressed a hand to his aching stomach.

Ryan.

The way Ryan looked at Amelia had never been innocent.

He should have seen it coming.

All this time, Clive thought Will was the one he needed to watch out for. He’d never expected it’d be Ryan, the so-called black sheep, who’d slip in when his guard was down.

The doorbell rang, jarring him out of his thoughts.

He’d only bought this place yesterday. The only person who knew the address was his assistant, Aiden, who’d handled all the paperwork. Probably Aiden dropping something off.

Clive walked over and yanked open the door—and his whole expression changed when he saw who it was.

“How’d you know I was here?”

Standing there, uninvited, was Ryan.

It was just a kiss.

He and Amelia had shared so much more.

He wanted Ryan to know: Clive was Amelia’s first, the only man who’d ever truly had her.

Clive stared, hoping for even a hint of envy in Ryan’s eyes.

But Ryan just looked back, completely unimpressed, like he was watching a bad joke play out.

He snorted. “I thought maybe you’d show me some proof that you and Amelia actually loved each other. But all you can brag about is what happened in bed? For a guy like you to have Amelia love you… you should be counting your blessings.”

“Ryan!” Clive’s hands curled into fists.

Ryan stood, slow and deliberate, his height and presence filling the whole room. His voice was ice-cold as he said, “Clive, if I ever see you bothering Amelia again, I’ll ruin you.”
