Reven’s Pov
Before I could understand what was happening, he kissed me again, this time slowly, taking his time to survey every bit of my mouth.
The kiss was gentle.
It felt like a high school love. After what felt like eternity, he broke the kiss as he lifted me off the floor, carrying me gently to the bed as he dropped me and asked me to sit there and wait for him, that he would be back in a jiffy.
I sat there waiting for him, my mind racing where did he go to, and what was he up to?
Just sit and wait for him my wolf said I know anything he do he wouldn’t hurt you she said and me nooding to
her.
And just then, Derick came back. He was holding a gift box with him, and in the other hand, a blindfold, a whip, and a chain.
I was confused as hell. Why was he with all this? And him dropping the whip and the blindfold on the bed as he sat beside me, handing me the little gift box.
“What is this?” I asked him, and him telling me to open it and see for myself. I smiled as I unwrapped the gift. It was a necklace with my name, beautifully carved into gold. It sparkled like a tiny piece of the moon, and for a moment, I forgot how to breathe.
“Reven,” he whispered, his voice low, uncertain, like he was terrified of losing me. “I’m sorry for making you feel unwanted… for doubting you.” His thumb brushed my cheek. “This necklace… it’s not enough to erase the pain, I know. But I hope you’ll give me a chance to prove I’m not the man who hurt you.”
My lips parted, but no sound came. Goddess, what was I supposed to say? My heart was still stitched with bruises, still learning how to beat without flinching. But his words… they held sincerity. And fear. And love.
So I nodded.
“It wasn’t totally your fault,” I murmured, eyes lowered as heat swelled in my chest. “But… you’ll have to give me something bigger before I fully forgive you.”
His brows lifted. “Bigger? Name it.”
“I don’t know what I want yet,” I admitted. “When I do… I’ll tell you.”
A small smirk curved his lips
–
the dangerous, confident one that always steals my breath.
“Then take your time, my love,” he said. “Anything. Whatever it takes.”
My heart melted… and then immediately sprinted into chaos as my gaze fell on the items near his hand: the blindfold, the chain, and the crop–like whip. I swallowed.
“Um… what are those for?” I asked, pointing like they might bite me.
His smirk grew, deeper, darker, painting desire across his face. He leaned closer, lips brushing the shell of my
ear.
“Tonight,” he breathed, “we’re going to play a little sub and dom game.”
I felt my entire body ignite.
My checks burned. My pulse tripped. “That… sounds interesting,” I whispered and instantly wished the ground would swallow me.
His eyes glimmered with satisfaction as he cupped my face gently, thumbs brushing along my jaw.
“Don’t be scared,” he said. “I’ll take it easy on you. The only thing you’ll feel…” His gaze dropped to my lips. “Is pleasure.”
My wolf purred. My breath hitched.
I nodded, not trusting my voice.
“You,” he whispered, “are the best thing that’s ever happened to me.” Then he kissed me – like a promise and a claim all at once.
When he finally pulled away, I swayed forward, already missing his mouth.
“Now,” he said, sitting back slightly, “come satisfy me.”
Heat exploded inside me – lightning through veins.
My answer slid out without thought:
“Yes… Master.”
The look on his face – shock fading into raw desire – made my knees weak.
“I love the sound of that on your pretty lips,” he murmured.
slow but hungry,
I stood slowly, every movement deliberate, watching how his eyes followed me hungry, eager, restrained only by the thinnest thread of control.
“Sit,” I commanded softly.
His brows rose, but he obeyed, which made power rush through me like wildfire. I guided him to the edge of the bed.
My hands trembled as I reached for his shirt, unbuttoning it one by one, feeling his heated skin beneath my fingertips. His breath deepened, his chest rising to meet my touch like his body belonged to me.
I helped him out of the shirt, my movements teasing, slow, as if he were something precious I wanted to unwrap carefully. I traced every dip of muscle, every line, watching tension ripple through him.
Chapter 250
“You’re being bold tonight,” he murmured.
“I’m only warming up.” I whispered back.
His jaw tightened desire and control battling behind his eyes.

My hands slid lower, over the waistband, letting my fingers toy there… hovering… provoking. He inhaled sharply, trying to stay composed. I could feel his restraint stretch thin… thinner.
He gripped the sheets.
“Reven,” he warned, voice rough.
“Yes?” I said innocently, like I wasn’t trying to break him.
His breath shook. “You’re testing a very dangerous line.”
“I want to see what happens if it snaps,” I whispered, letting my lips ghost along his collarbone.
His hand shot up, catching my chin and forcing my eyes to meet his. Those dark eyes… full of fire and command… made my heart stutter.
“You don’t get to take control for long,” he growled. “Not tonight.”
My knees nearly gave out.
“But Master…” I murmured, pretending to pout, “I’m not finished teasing you.”
His grip on my chin tightened just enough to make my stomach twist with anticipation.
“You will finish exactly how I tell you to.”
A thrill shot through me so hard I almost moaned.
He leaned in, his lips brushing mine, teasing but not kissing.
“I’ve let you have your fun,” he whispered. “Now it’s my turn.”
He stood, towering over me, and my breath caught at the sheer dominance radiating from him. He picked up the blindfold, letting the silk slide between his fingers. Slowly. Intentionally.
“You trust me?” he asked.
I nodded. “With my
life.”
“Good.” He kissed the top of my head. “Then trust me with your pleasure.”
The blindfold lifted toward my eyes…
But I stopped him with a hand on his wrist
–
and he paused, studying me silently.
“I’m not scared,” I said, trying to keep confidence in my voice. “Just… nervous.”
His eyes softened just enough to remind me this wasn’t only a game.
“If anything happens you don’t like…” his fingers traced my cheek, “one word, and I stop,”
I nodded again heart full, and terrified, and excited all at once.
He stepped behind me, the heat of his body pressing against my spine. His lips brushed the back of my neck, making me shiver uncontrollably.
Then darkness.
Silk slid over my eyes.
Everything else sharpened his touch, his scent, and the sound of our breathing.
“Perfect,” he whispered. “Just like that.”
His fingers glided down my arms, slow enough to drive me insane. When he reached my wrists, he paused only a heartbeat before cold metal kissed my skin–the chain.
Not tight. Not harsh. Just enough to remind me who was in control.
“You look beautiful like this,” he said, his voice dripping with satisfaction.
I was sure he could feel my trembling.
“Breathe,” he ordered.
I did — shaky and shallow.
“Good girl.”
Heat pooled low in my belly. My wolf practically howled her approval.
Then…
A soft tap against my thigh.
The whip? I wasn’t sure, but the anticipation was almost painful.
He leaned close, lips brushing my ear again.
“Now…” he murmured, “the real game begins.”
