Whenever they were tracking down an enemy, Dennis’s analysis was always spot on. If he said, “This is the place,” then everyone knew that was where they needed to be.

Even though Aaron trusted Dennis completely, Dennis never let his guard down. “Professor Keri isn’t easy to deal with,” Dennis reminded him. “Just in case I’m wrong, you should have a backup plan ready.”

“Yes, sir. What should we do?”

Dennis laid out his plan in a calm, steady voice. Aaron listened, feeling a fresh surge of respect for Mr. Williams. He didn’t need to be told twice. As soon as Dennis finished, Aaron went off to handle the arrangements.

Once the Professor Keri situation was taken care of, all they had to do was wait for the weekend to arrive. Dennis noticed that Camila had been spending a lot of time inside the villa, and he worried she might be getting bored. Wanting to cheer her up, he suggested they go out and visit some of the places they’d talked about, but hadn’t managed to see yet.

Camila had a blast. She happily picked out souvenirs and special treats for her friends and family back home. But, as always, a good day couldn’t pass without a little drama.

Jordan Smith showed up again. If they’d been at the villa, Camila would have just avoided him. But this time, he had clearly figured out where they were going and was waiting for them.

Camila couldn't hide her annoyance. Her face said it all.

“Camila, I need to talk to you,” Jordan said, trying to sound sincere. He looked genuinely happy to see her, though he probably wished she wasn’t so obviously annoyed at the sight of him.

Dennis stepped between them, his face completely unreadable. “Is there something you want, Mr. Smith?”
