r 612 The Production Company
The ability came with a cost–it drained mind power fast and could only hold for a maximum of three
hours!
With that, Theresa had unlocked yet another legendary power. Her list was getting ridiculous–speed, strength, mastery over the five elements, mental manipulation, Aeroshield, teleportation, Linear Acceleration, precognition ability, Power Pulse, magnetism control, and now, Unseen–fifteen abilities in
all.
And this last one? It couldn’t have been more perfect for her upcoming infiltration. The only flaw was a minor one–if she acted too out of place, high–level mental manipulation ability users might catch on.
But those rare beings above Level Six were practically mythical. And as long as she kept her presence natural and moved with the rhythm of the crowd, even the sharpest mental sensors wouldn’t realize she was there at all!
Beautiful, I’m coming in.” A knock echoed at the door. Theresa recognized Quentin’s voice immediately and, with a flicker of thought, triggered her Unseen ability.
The door creaked open, and Quentin stepped inside. His gaze briefly brushed past her–then, as if his mind refused to register her existence, confusion clouded his face. He turned, scanning every corner of he room. “Huh? Where’d she go?”
Meanwhile, she strolled right up to him, waving a hand inches from his eyes. Watching him pace around ike someone hunting for glasses already sitting on their nose, she couldn’t stop the grin tugging at her lips.
Where’d she disappear to? Went outside?” Quentin mumbled to himself, turning toward the door. Before he could step out, a firm pat landed on his shoulder. “Looking for me?”
He twisted around and nearly stumbled back. Theresa stood right there, completely unbothered, like she’d been there the whole time. His brain stalled. “Wait–hold up. You were right here before… Am I losing it?”
She
gave him a lazy grin. “Guess depth perception’s not your strong suit, Cyclops.” He blinked, dumbfounded. She smirked, clearly pleased. If even someone as familiar with her as Quentin couldn’t notice her under this ability, then she was confident no one else stood a chance.
A perfect trick for slipping under the radar and gathering intel! “So, what brings you here?” she asked lazily.
He scratched his head. “Got a shipment in. Orders are for the two of us to handle the unloading and delivery.”
She didn’t hesitate. “Alright, let’s move.” Their path led them to the fabled Production Company–a name she’d heard tossed around countless times but never witnessed in person.
When they arrived, the sight stole her breath. It was colossal–an isolated island city devoted entirely to manufacturing. The place functioned like a self–contained world, divided into countless specialized
sectors.
Every conceivable item was manufactured here–food, clean water, essential goods, medical supplies, garments, transport units, communication devices, weaponry, and even the mysterious Eclipse Serum.

The moment Theresa set foot inside, the truth became crystal clear–every cornerstone of the Divine Academy and the Divine Institute rested squarely on the backbone of the Production Company. That facility was the unseen engine driving the Starborn Order’s empire, linking its three branches into a seamless, self–sustaining cycle.
The Divine Academy functioned as the scouts, combing the world for suitable human subjects, conducting preliminary experiments, and forwarding those specimens to the upper–tier Divine Institute.
The Divine Institute specialized in synthesis–formulating the prototype serums, including the very batch Theresa had once stolen from their vaults. But it was within the Production Company’s walls that those prototypes evolved into weapons of scale.
The Production Company’s reach extended everywhere. Every item that sustained the other two branches came from here, and mass–produced Eclipse Serums were ultimately fed straight into the Legion’s veins.
Theresa spent several days quietly navigating every corridor and sector of the facility, memorizing the facility’s rhythm. When she finally overlaid that knowledge with the intel she’d gathered earlier, the larger picture snapped into place–the intricate web binding the four core divisions of the Starborn Order.
The revelation left her in reluctant awe. Starborn Order wasn’t just powerful–it was a flawless machine that ran with unnerving precision. Every cog, every process, every transfer of resource had been engineered to sustain the whole with terrifying efficiency.
Her earlier destruction of the Divine Academy and Divine Institute headquarters had been a heavy blow, but nowhere near fatal. The system had already begun to heal.
