**TITLE: Kept Woman 699**
**CONTENT: Chapter 699 Take Care of It for Me**

“What did you bring me?” Theresa inquired, her curiosity piqued.

Graham’s cheeks flushed a deep crimson, a vibrant hue that spoke volumes of his embarrassment. Before Theresa could fully comprehend his reaction, he thrust a small recorder into her hands, urgency etched across his face. “Theresa, you need to listen to this. Just… please, listen to it yourself.”

In an instant, he turned on his heel and dashed away, his footsteps echoing in the stillness.

Theresa stood there, momentarily taken aback, watching him retreat into the distance. With a mix of confusion and amusement, she pressed the play button on the recorder. Almost immediately, a voice filled the air, declaring, “Theresa, all of us—including our captain—has a crush on you!”

The words hung in the air, and for a moment, Theresa was left utterly speechless. She sat in stunned silence, absorbing the revelation, and then, unable to contain herself any longer, she erupted into laughter. It was a sound that rang out, bright and free, cutting through the morning quiet.

By the third day, Theresa found herself waking up earlier than usual, a sense of anticipation bubbling within her. As she stepped outside, the sight that met her eyes was astonishing: the entire camp was assembled, each person clad in uniform, standing in neat rows.

“Ms. Hall, request your inspection!” they called out in unison, their voices melding into a harmonious chorus.

Theresa’s eyes swept over the ranks, which stretched out like a vast ocean of humanity. She recognized familiar faces—her neighbors, acquaintances from other camps, and even the students who had previously hidden away, refusing to show themselves.

Every single member of the Blazing Sun Alliance’s main force, numbering over forty thousand, had gathered. The sight filled her with an overwhelming sense of pride and warmth, igniting a flame within her chest.

Just then, the unmistakable thump-thump of helicopter blades reached her ears.

She looked up, her heart racing. A straight contrail sliced through the clear blue sky, and a helicopter was speeding toward them. It wasn’t from the Starborn Order; it belonged to the Blazing Sun Alliance.

“Terry!”

The helicopter descended, landing gracefully in the designated area beside her. The hatch swung open, and out poured a woman accompanied by a pack of exuberant dogs.

“Woof! Woof!” echoed the excited barks.

“Woof woof!” the chorus continued, as Summer led the charge, the first to leap into Theresa’s waiting arms.

Tania followed closely behind, her own excitement palpable.

The rest of the dogs surrounded Theresa, barking energetically, their tails wagging in unison.

Even Professor K’s dog had returned, weaving through the throng before leaping into the arms of an older man who sat in a wheelchair at the edge of the gathering.

Theresa gazed at the familiar faces, a mixture of disbelief and joy washing over her. But her attention was soon drawn to the last figure to descend, calm and composed—Bennie.

Often timid and cautious, Bennie lifted his gaze to meet Theresa’s eyes. “I’m back,” he declared, his voice steady yet filled with an undercurrent of vulnerability.

In that moment, a tumult of emotions surged within Theresa. She had always prioritized her own safety, yet here he was, choosing to return and stand with them. Am I losing my mind? she thought. But if I am, then so be it. I will fight alongside them. I am a man. I cannot allow myself to falter in front of her. I have been a coward for too long; I must find courage this time.

Theresa watched as Bennie strode toward her, determination in his step. She pushed the dogs and Tania aside, her frustration boiling over. “What the hell did you come back for? You’re not even man enough to keep a woman and a dog in line!”
