The Veil Of Sinner novel Chapter 21

She was willing to sleep with him if he would let her go? She was willing to get to that extent to get away from him?

Was she this against their togetherness?

Unable to control his rage, he gritted his teeth and grabbed her jaw in a violent grip.

“So you think once I will get done f*cking you, I will let you go?” His choice of words caused more tears to shed from her eyes, but this outraged her too.

“You think I am after your f*cking virginity?” He roared at her.

Eizlina curled her fists.

“Isn't that what you want from me?” she asked him in her firm voice which was on the edge of breaking. All of this made that helpless girl reach that conclusion. He was not letting her go because he wanted to have his claim over her body, so that conclusion made her ask him that thing.

His demeanour turned more ruthless at her question. His grip tightened around her jaw.

“What I want from you….you don't even have its f*cking clue, woman,” he seethed out at her. No words came out of her mouth any further.

That nefarious murkiness had already started prevailing in his ruthlessly vicious gaze, which Eizlina had still not succeeded in finding what it was.

“And, listen to me carefully, Eizlina,” he pushed his mouth closer to hers.

“This was the last time you thought about escaping from me because the next time, even if you even think about leaving me then….” Their gazes bored deeper into each other's.

“I will make you walk on the dead bodies of that each and every person you have ever loved in your life, including your own f*cking parents,” it was just not only a warning, it was the destiny he had chosen for her. If she would even think about leaving him then he would make sure to make her face the worst.

Because now it was just not going to be her escape from him, if she would run away from him, then it would be his escape from his own sanity.

“Understood?” He growled at her. Eizlina couldn't stop herself from shattering down. Tears streamed down from her already hurting eyes. Not just only her eyes, her entire body was paining. Her soul, her heart….every inch of her being was in pain.

“I…..” she tried to say something to him but her physical exhaustion had turned so bad that she couldn't keep herself stable. Her head started spinning. Her body weakened, which didn't go unnoticed by him.

He carefully pulled her in his arms, realising now she was having difficulty in even talking, whereas she still tried to push him away but now her physical strength had completely left her. She could barely move any part of her body and ended up snuggling her head in the crook of his neck in search of her comfort. She was feeling completely drained out, both mentally and physically.

Exhaling a heavy sigh, he hoisted her up in his arms, who was on the edge of fainting. He pulled her face in his chest to hide it from the rain, and then started walking out of that forest.

“Boss….” His men, who were already waiting for them on the road with the cars, turned alert by seeing their boss finally getting out of that forest with his wife. They received the information the second his car crashed against that lamp post.

His second in command, Salvius, immediately opened the door of his car. Theron entered the car with her. Instead of placing her down, he settled her on his lap.

“Give me a towel and water,” he commanded, peering down at her, who was gulping over and over again against his chest. Salvius immediately handed him the towel and water bottle.

Theron placed the bottle against her mouth and helped her in drinking the water. She took small sips of water from the bottle, and when she got done, he took the bottle away from her mouth.

Grasping the towel, he started cleaning her face, head and neck with it delicately. Salvius lowered his head, respecting the couple’s privacy, but he had never seen his boss taking so much care of someone or something ever in his life the way he was taking care of Eizlina.

Salvius had even caught that worry in his boss’s eyes, which he had never seen before.

Theron was wiping her face, when she buried her face in his neck again and closed her eyes. She seemed extremely tired and worn out, so exhaling a heavy breath, he trailed his eyes towards Salvius.

“Start driving,” he commanded Salvius, who immediately nodded at him and went to the driver's seat. The car started, which made Theron look down towards her, who had already fallen asleep against his shoulder.

He sighed and wrapped his arms around her gently yet securely to make sure she wouldn't fall from his embrace. And it was just not only for that moment.
