Too Late She Already Married Mr. Right (Sophia) novel Chapter 119

The bodyguard stammered, “Well, Mr. Westwood, Ms. Quinn is streaming right now. Everything you just said is blowing up online; you’re trending again.”

Lucas’s pupils shrank in a surge of rage. He whipped around and spotted the phone set up on the tripod–his fury instantly ignited.

“Annabelle, you must have a death wish,” Lucas snarled.

He snatched up the phone and was greeted with a barrage of comments flashing across the screen, calling him a worthless abuser, telling him to get lost, and demanding a full–on boycott of Yadel Group.

Twisted with hatred, he smashed the phone to the ground, then stomped it to dust in a fit of rage.

The live stream was cut off, and Annabelle could only watch as Lucas went berserk, smashing her phone over and over again like a madman.

At that moment, there wasn’t even a trace left of the elegant gentleman Lucas once pretended to be.

He was nothing but a thug.

Luckily, before she started the live stream, Annabelle had already asked the property management to bring people up. They should be arriving any second now.

Lucas spun around, glaring at Annabelle with pure hatred. “You bitch, how dare you set me up?”

Keeping a safe distance from the madman, Annabelle calmly said, “Lucas, to destroy someone, you have to drive them insane first. You brought all this on yourself.

“You’ve only got yourself to blame for ending up like this. Sure, nobody ever cared about Sophie, but she has me. Even if it costs me everything I own, I’ll make sure you two get divorced.”

Trash like him is totally unworthy of Sophie, Annabelle seethed, her blood boiling with indignation.

Lucas nearly lost it and tried to charge at Annabelle, looking like he was ready to kill her–right then, the building security

burst in.

They quickly positioned themselves between Lucas and Annabelle. “Ms. Quinn, are you alright?”

Annabelle casually crossed her arms, totally calm. “I’m good. The one who should be worried is Mr. Westwood.”

The bodyguard had just gotten a call from Billy, and he wasn’t about to let Lucas cause any more trouble. He quickly stepped in to stop him.

“Mr. Westwood, your dad said you need to go home right now. Don’t cause any more trouble,” the bodyguard said, his tone resolute.

Lucas shot Annabelle a look so dark and menacing that it sent a chill down her spine. “Annabelle, this isn’t over.”

Annabelle laughed. “Chill, I had the whole thing live–streamed. No way that guy would dare touch me; he’s too scared of getting roasted alive by netizens.”

Sophia was still in the lab, clueless about everything that’d just happened in those few minutes.

“Live–streamed?” she echoed, baffled.

Annabelle gave Sophia the whole rundown about what just happened. “Lucas is getting roasted on every single social media site.

“He’s finished, and tomorrow, Yadel Group’s shares are going to crash and burn.”

Just when they thought the storm was over, another wave hit. The Westwood family was about to lose its mind.

Once Sophia was sure Annabelle was safe, she finally relaxed. “Annabelle, don’t go home alone for the next few days. I’ll give Mr. Sterling a call and ask if you can crash at his place for a while.”

The Westwood family had suffered major losses, and there was a good chance they’d try to make trouble for Annabelle next.

Dealing with decent folks was easy; it was the petty schemers one had to watch out for.
