Too Late She Already Married Mr. Right (Sophia) novel Chapter 127

Sophia, still simmering, sneered. Oh, and who are you? Just some knockoff clinging to someone else’s family, pretending they’re yours.

You know Lucas is married, yet you’re desperate to be the side chick. Trash like you will never get what you want. Mark my words.

Emily’s face contorted with fury as she launched herself at Sophia, aiming to strike her.

Sophia didn’t even blinkshe raised her hand and smacked Emily so hard that she went sprawling facefirst onto the floor.

Emily tasted blood instantly; her lips were split, and her cheek throbbed. As she glared at Sophia, she said, How dare you hit me? I’m gonna make Lucas kill you.

Go ahead. I’m not planning to live anyway. Why don’t we both just die together?Sophia snapped.

She pounced, straddling Emily and grabbing fistfuls of her hair, raining down slaps on both sides with both hands.

Each smack echoed through the room while Emily screamed bloody murder. She had taken beatings from Sophia before, but she never seemed to learn from them.

Lucas caught the noise and charged downstairs, only to see Sophia straddling Emily, going wild, slapping her across the face.

Lucas totally lost it, let out a furious shout, and rushed over, grabbing Sophia’s hair before yanking her right off Emily.

Lucas didn’t hold back, and pain shot through Sophia’s scalp as her head slammed into the edge of the coffee table.

It took a while before Emily’s piercing shrieks finally tugged Sophia back out of the haze. As her vision cleared, she saw Lucas holding Emily close, murmuring soft reassurances.

Sophia felt a sharp stab of pain in her heart.

Lucas stared at her. Sophia, get over here and apologize to Emily.

Sophia slowly picked herself up. Once the dizziness passed, she strode into the kitchen.

Moments later, she marched out, gripping a gleaming cleaver in her hand.

She fixed Lucas with an icy glare. Lucas, I can’t live like this anymore. Since you won’t divorce me, fine, I’ll just make you.

With those words, she raised the cleaver high and lunged at Lucas, swinging it down with all she had.

Had the blade struck Lucas, it would have taken off an arm.

Luckily, clutching Emily, Lucas managed to dodge just in time. The cleaver sliced into the couch with a vicious crack, splitting it clean apart and exposing the cold metal frame underneath.

Lucas’s eyes narrowed in panic as he watched Sophia wrench the knife free and, without missing a beat, swing for him again. He scrambled to dodge, barely getting out of the way.

Are you insane, Sophia?Lucas yelled.

Sophia had completely snappednothing could get through to her now. With a bitter laugh, she said, That’s right, I’m insane. If you don’t go sign those divorce papers with me today, I’ll just kill you.”

She charged after him again, brandishing the cleaver.

Lucas shoved Emily aside and scrambled out of the way. He never imagined Sophia would flip out like this. Freaking out, he called for the bodyguards and dashed upstairs.

The sheer killer intent blazing in Sophia’s eyes left him frozen. He couldn’t even think about fighting back; his only instinct was to run for his life.

Emily watched, wideeyed and terrified, as Sophia came at her with the cleaver. Her whole body went weak, and she crumpled to the floor in a helpless heap.

Sophia, I’m sorry. I swear I won’t mess with you ever again. Just let me go,Emily said, her voice shaking.

Sophia flashed a sinister grin. So, you finally admit you’re wrong, huh?

Emily was scared stiff by that chilling smile. She kicked and scooted backward, her voice trembling. Please, I really mean it. I know I was wrong.”

Then go to hell,” Sophia said, raising the cleaver and swinging it down with all the force she could muster.

Emily stared in terror as the blade came crashing down toward her legs; she was so scared that she actually wet herself right there.

This time, she was scared shitless for real.
