Too Late She Already Married Mr. Right (Sophia) novel Chapter 52

“You hit me and call me a bastard? Seriously, Sophia, can’t you be a little more reasonable?” Lucas snapped.

“Keep your dirty hands off me!” Sophia shot back, forcefully pulling her arm away from his grasp.

Lucas totally lost it, his anger boiling over in a heartbeat. He hauled Sophia back onto the bed and pinned her down, roughly yanking at her hospital gown without a shred of gentleness.

Lucas said. “I’ve fucked you so many times, and now you wanna pretend you’re all pure? Sophia, as long as I want you, you’d better spread your legs for me!”

Sophia was absolutely terrified, tears streaming down her cheeks as she realized he was trying to tear off her pants. She was

scared out of her wits.

Sophia desperately struggled, fighting him off with all her strength. But in her frantic flailing, she lost her balance and went crashing to the floor with a thud.

It was like every organ in her body had been knocked out of place. She lay there, curled up on the cold floor, shuddering in pain.

Her face was as pale as a sheet, with sweat pouring down her forehead and tears streaming nonstop. All she could manage were ragged, painful whimpers. She hurt so much that she couldn’t even make a sound.

Lucas remained kneeling on the bed, watching Sophia curled up in agony on the floor. As his senses returned, a heavy guilt gnawed at his chest.

“I… I was just trying to scare you. Why’d you have to run away? We’re married. It’s normal for us to make out,” Lucas muttered, desperate to defend himself.

His pride couldn’t accept that Sophia was treating him like some kind of monster. She used to long for his touch, always eager for his affection.

Just then, Annabelle burst through the door and, taking in the chaos, she shrieked in horror.

She yelled, “Who let this bastard in here? Somebody, get him the hell out of here, now!”

She rushed to Sophia’s side and saw her hospital gown ripped, pants yanked down to her knees. Annabelle’s eyes burned with rage and pain at the sight.

Seeing the bodyguards rushing in, Annabelle frantically pulled Sophia’s pants back up, barely saving her from further humiliation.

Annabelle’s rage boiled over. She really wanted to stab Lucas dead on the spot.

“Sophie, are you hurt? Tell me where it hurts. I’ll call the doctor right now!” Annabelle’s voice was frantic with worry.

Annabelle stormed over and threw a stack of medical records right in Lucas’s face. “Use your filthy eyes and see for yourself! You think I need to bribe a doctor?” she snarled.

The records scattered everywhere, fluttering down like snowflakes.

Lucas’s eyesight was razor sharp. When his eyes caught the words “miscarriage” and “ruptured spleen,” it felt like his heart was being ripped apart, inch by inch. His eyes reddened, glossing over with unshed tears.

He gritted his teeth, swallowing down the stabbing pain inside, stubbornly refusing to accept the medical records as real.

“This is fake. You’re all just trying to trick me. I took her to the gynecologist myself, and the doctor said she’d be infertile for life!” Lucas yelled.

Annabelle let out a bitter, broken laugh, tears streaking down her cheeks.

She said, “Right, you only backed off when the doctor claimed she’d never get pregnant. But I never imagined you’d stoop so low–treating her like some broodmare for you and Emily!

“Lucas, how dare you treat her this way? You only dare because her parents never loved her, and she’s all alone with nobody to back her up!”
