Vanessas POV

He was on top of me on the couch. Kissing me. He licked my lower lip, begging for

entrance. I had on just my bra and underwear. He was fully clothed. I was enjoying him

running his hands all over my body. I was getting aroused. He let out a growl.

“Little one, we are going to stop so you can finish your fitting.”

I pouted. I didn’t want to stop. But he did have a point. As if on cue, Jaques knocked on

the door.

”

Is everything alright there?”

Alfred yelled.

“Yes.”

He helped me off the couch. Kissed me passionately. He then patted me on the butt and

left. Jaques came in and retook my measurements. I have gone up two bra sizes, and my hips were getting bigger. Jaques was happy, and so was Alfred. Today turned out well. I thought that it was going to be a long day. But it has not been a long day. It was noon and I was hungry. We finished up the fitting, and then I got dressed. I went to the dining hall.

On the table were some roast beef and some fruit. There was also bread. I did not want to

eat alone. I went to find Alfred.

I walked to his office and I heard moaning coming from the other side of it. I opened the

door. When I walked in, the king and queen were there.

”

Oh shit I’m so sorry.”

“It’s OK.”

I quickly turned around and walked out. I just embarrassed myself. I was beet red. I was in

such a hurry that I ran straight into Alfred. I fell backwards and landed on my butt.

Little one, are you OK?

”

Yes.”

“Why were we in such a hurry? Did something happen?”

I covered my face with my hands. I knew my face was beet red still. Then, as he was helping me up, his parents emerged from the office.

Is she OK?”

Yes, why wouldn’t he be?”

She walked in on us.”

He chuckled.

“Is that all that is wrong?”

“Yes.”

Come on, baby, let’s go get some lunch.”

He took my arm in his and escorted me to the dining hall. He pulled my chair out. I sat down, and then he sat down. I was not expecting what he did next. He reached over, grabbed my hand, and pulled me closer to him.

”

Babe, I want you to sit in my lap.”

“OK.”

Why did he want me to be that close? I was not going to ask questions. I did as he asked. Mandy made me and him a plate. It was just one plate. She filled it to the point of overflowing. Tonight is the celebration for all the pack members turning eighteen. I was supposed to help with it. We ate our lunch in a comfortable silence. The queen and king were acting like me and Alfred. I know they have been together for a long time. They were so much in love. Alfred and his father discussed various things, mainly business. His mother and I talked about the mating ceremony. She told me about her ceremony.

Her father had planned to attend, but a war was ongoing at the time of her ceremony. She and the king had their ceremony, and then he left to help her father. When he got back, she learned about the curse, and she said that she did not regret being his mate. She was extremely happy when she realized that Alfred had found his true mate, and they would have someone to take over the kingdom. She told me everything she was going to make,

and everything sounded so delicious.

The birthday celebration for all the pups turning eighteen was tonight, and she has been

working on making food for that all day. For a queen who should be sitting around and ordering people to do things, she kept herself busy. I plan on being just like her. After

lunch, Alfred and I went to our room and changed into some workout clothes. We went for

a walk. He walked at his usual pace, but I had to walk and run at the same time to keep up

with him.

“Let’s shift and let our wolves get to know each other.”

I agree with him. I shifted into Sasha, and he shifted into Leon. I let her have complete control, and they walked around each other, sniffing each other. Then they started to nip

each other and pull on each other’s ears. Then they went running. After an hour, we

shifted back to human form by the swimming pool. We went and got into the pool. We mainly splashed around and played games. We had a great time. Alfred got out first and returned with some towels. I then got out, and we went into the house. The shower was already going. He must have mind–linked with Mandy and had her start the shower.

We got in the shower. He got in first and was in the water. I got in, and he pulled me close. Just being in his arms felt amazing. The sparks flying through my body felt amazing. It was safe, warm, and inviting. He then turned me around and washed my hair for me. I washed his back. Then we got out. It was time to get ready for the party. My first

official party as Luna.

“I’m going to introduce you to everyone tonight.”

I was stunned. Why would he want to ruin the birthday celebration to do that?

Why tonight is not about me, it’s about the ones turning eighteen.”

”

It’s just a brief introduction, and the celebration will continue.”

I was okay with that as long as it didn’t detract from the real reason for the celebration. I went to the closet and got out a black dress and a pair of black boots. I chose a matching pair of bras and panties. I got dressed while he got dressed. When I came out of the bathroom, he stopped and looked at me.

“You look so beautiful.”

“You look handsome yourself.”

He then kissed me and escorted me out to the party. It was outside. There were pools set up with just ice in them. The trees had lights on them. There were banners all over. It was beautiful. We never had this in my old pack. We went and sat on the platform where there. were four chairs. The queen and king sat next to each other, and Alfred and I sat next to each other. There was also a place where there were mats of sorts. Then four giant black wolves came out of the shadows. I assumed that they were his brothers. Each of them walked up to us and bowed.

They then lay down on the mats. The music started, and all eighteen–year–olds walked out in a line. The second one in line was Mandy.
