The Genius Ex-Wife’s Revenge Portfolio novel Chapter 136

Wesley strutted back into the counselor’s office with his parents right behind him. He glanced around and spotted Ella and Lilly, both looking fresh and put together.

He couldn’t help but notice how pretty Ella looked, her skin so soft and glowing, her whole vibe natural and pure. His heart skipped a beat. He really did want her to be his girlfriend. Sarah had just told him to mess with Ella, not to try to date her. He honestly didn’t get it. He was willing to ignore the fact that she was from a small town, so why wouldn’t she even consider being with him? He only had to pull up in his sports car outside the girls’ dorm and there’d be a crowd of girls waving at him.

Wesley flashed Ella a cocky grin. “What’s wrong, Ella? Scared? You’ve only been at Central College for two days and you’re already about to get kicked out. If you apologize to me right now, maybe things could still turn around for you.”

Avery yanked on his arm. “She beat you up like this, and we’re supposed to just let it go? No way. She needs to be expelled, immediately.”

Carter looked straight at the counselor. “Counselor, what are you going to do about this?”

The counselor opened his mouth to answer, but Ella spoke first. “What’s the school’s policy if someone goes around harassing girls and threatening their safety?”

Wesley scoffed. “Are you really going to accuse me of harassment again, Ella? Where’s your proof?”

He was so sure she didn’t have any.

Ella just took out her phone, calm as ever, and played a video.

The footage showed everything. Wesley showing up with his buddies, him telling them what to do, and them grabbing for Ella and Lilly. It was all crystal clear.

Wesley’s face went pale. He stared at her, stunned. “You filmed that?”

Ella’s lips curled into a sly smile. “You wanted evidence, Wesley. Well, here it is.”

Wesley just stood there, lost for words.

He never thought she’d be smart enough to record everything without anyone noticing.

Now she was looking right at him, her eyes bright and sharp, impossible to ignore.

The counselor was furious. “So you brought a bunch of boys to harass them and stir up trouble, Wesley? Then you come running to me, playing the victim when you lost?”

Wesley flinched. He wished everyone would stop mentioning that he lost.
