Sarah quickly switched to her second alt, “DanceDiva,” and replied to her first account, “VenusVibes.” She wrote, “Exactly. I totally agree with you. If someone who just sleeps through class, became campus queen, it’d be ridiculous. Sarah is way better!”
Then she hopped back on her main account as “Sarah” and added, “Guys, please don’t fight. Ella’s great too. Honestly, I’d be happy to let her have the campus queen title.”
With a few taps, Sarah was juggling three accounts, playing three different people to steer the conversation. She couldn’t risk losing her title as campus queen.
Sure enough, her loyal fanboys showed up right away.
One guy wrote, “Ella might be pretty, but only Sarah is good enough to be campus queen.”
Another chimed in, “I’m Sarah’s fan. No one could ever replace her in my heart.”
A third added, “I’ll always support Sarah, no matter what!”
To most people, Sarah was all sweetness and charm, especially around the guys. Add in her curves, and it was no wonder she had such a devoted fanbase.
The Central College forum gradually quieted down. No one mentioned changing campus queens anymore.
Ella, the so-called Sleeping Beauty, just didn’t have what it took.
With a few quick moves, Sarah kept her crown.
She stood there with her phone, stomping her foot in frustration. Using Wesley had totally backfired and Ella had almost stolen her spotlight. It was like she’d set a trap for herself and fallen right in. It stung.
Her phone started ringing.
It was Jessa calling.
Jessa was practically buzzing with excitement. “Sarah, did it work? Is Ella finally out? I can’t wait to tell Cedric and everyone else. They’re going to love this.”
Sarah let out a defeated sigh. “Jessa, Ella didn’t get kicked out.”
Jessa’s voice shot up. “What?”
