Hearing the concern in Adam’s voice calmed her a little. If anything happened to Wyatt because of her, she’d never forgive herself. “I’m fine. Just need to rest.”

“Alright, get some sleep.”

They hung up. Ella pressed a hand to her stomach, still feeling the pain. David had made her so upset today that it was affecting her pregnancy. She needed to make some herbal medicine to protect it, but she was missing two important ingredients.

She called her assistant right away. “I need you to bring me two things. red raspberry leaf and lavender.”
