The Veil Of Sinner novel Chapter 25

Eizlina was shocked to see him in front of her again. She was just in a towel, as she had forgotten to take her clothes inside. Besides, she had never thought he would be here in her room at this time.

“A beautiful morning, Mrs. Elzaek,” she saw his devilish gaze roaming all over her body like she was the most pleasing thing his eyes had ever laid on. Eizlina immediately crossed her arms around her body to cover herself from his eyes.

Fear engulfed her, especially seeing his smirk turning more sinister after witnessing her trying to conceal herself from him.

“You didn't look please by seeing your husband, Mrs. Elzaek,” his tone was laced with teasing. Her grip tightened around her.

“Why are you here?” She questioned him, keeping her all senses alert because she knew this animal could attack her at any second, especially when she was almost bare in front of him.

He had no morals, no ethics. He was a filthy b*stard.

“Well…” he shoved his hands inside his pants’ pocket. His feet started making their way towards her. Eizlina tensed up.

Her bare and wet feet started going backwards. Under no circumstances, she was willing to be under the shed of his warmth and closeness, and he knew about this really very well. That was why she tempted him so much.

Her defiance filled his mind with so many corrupted thoughts for her that he was sure if she would get to know about it then she was definitely going to bite and punch him till she wouldn't pass out due to exhaustion.

“Hmm….” He hummed, which made Eizlina gulp. His feet paused right in front of her, so her steps halted too. Her throat dried up, feeling the warmth of his body surrounding her naked and soaked one.

She caged herself more securely, making him snicker. Theron lowered his head to take it closer to hers. Water droplets were glistening all over her face, shoulders and neck, making her skin glow like a beautiful pearl. Her wet brown hair was slightly stuck to her skin, igniting that sinful urge in him to curl them around his palm, so that they wouldn't dare to shield her naked skin from his thirsty eyes.

“I came here because I wanted to see my alluring wife,” he whispered against her lips. His words shivered her heart because she had always wished to live a married life like this where her husband would wish her the very first thing in the morning. He would kiss her, hug her and would say soft and beautiful words to her to illuminate her day.

But that beautiful married life couldn't become a reality anymore because she had gotten married to him. A cruel man like him, who could never fulfill any dream of hers.

Only if she knew.

Eizlina looked away from him.

“Leave from here,” she said to him, enlarging his grin. Instead of listening to her, he wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her closer in his arms gently. The beating of her heart paced up.

When did this man ever listen to her? He always did the opposite of what she told him to do.

“I came here just to get a glimpse of my wife, so that I could make the rest of my day endurable, and here I can't even get a gentle look from her?” He cooed in her ear, longingly, like he was yearning to just get embraced by her eyes even for once.

Eizlina finally looked at him.

“After making every single second of my life unendurable, you are expecting me to make your day endurable, Mr. Elzaek?” She bit him back. He sniggered at her words, and then rubbed the tip of their noses.

“Fair enough, but I have already left it in your hands, my dove,” he spoke out, gazing deeply into her dark brown eyes.

“If you want, you can make every single second of your life not just only unendurable but beautiful too, and for that….” He paused to raise his hand. Theron palmed one side of her face gently. “You just need to embrace me and our marriage. That's it,” he whispered in his husky yet amiable voice.

Her heart clenched.

“How can you expect me to accept you after everything you have done to me?” She couldn't stop herself from finally asking him those things. It was the very first time she was opening up to him, and they both were having a normal conversation with each other.

He just gazed down at her, while holding her in his arms.

“You ruined my life by dragging me in all of this,” Eizlina lashed out at him and then grabbed his collar. Tears stung her eyes.

“I don't even know what I have done to you for making you hate me so much. I was not even aware of your existence before that night. I just wanted to help you that night, but you….you destroyed my life completely,” he wordlessly listened to her every word while gazing into her glossy eyes which were shimmering with pain.
