Ashley fell asleep in the car. Then, her phone rang. It was Cindy.

Ashley answered Cindy?”

Damn that bitch!”

Ashley paused. Cindy explained, “I’m cursing.”

Tm at a charity banquet, and I saw your asshole dad and Tanya! A woman called Tanya a homewrecker and threw red wine on her. It was ugly. That woman’s from a rich family and looked tough. I was enjoying this and then your husband came!”

Cindy continued, “It’s a star-studded event, live-streamed. Though they aren’t big stars, Chase showing up to take Tanya away was caught on camera.

Cindy sent her the video. The banquet was loud; it was hard to hear what was said.

But the video showed the woman confronting Tanya and throwing wine on her. Then, the woman’s fiancé arrived, arguing with her. Her family came too. Mark tried to smooth things over, but they kept calling Tanya names.

Then Chase appeared.

He covered Tanya with his jacket, spoke to the woman’s parents, and left with Tanya. The woman’s family’s expressions changed. They tried to explain but were stopped by security. The video ended with them trying to reconcile. Mark and the others ignored them and left.

The banquet had high viewership. Though people didn’t know Tanya or the woman, everyone loved gossip. The video went viral after people realized it was Chase Sterling who rescued” Tanya.
