Patricia could tell something was off with Chelsea. Ever since she’d come back from the bathroom, she’d been extra clingy and weirdly sentimental, not acting like herself at all.

“It’s fake. Why should I be mad?”

“How do you know it’s fake?”

“I know the whole story. Trust me, it’s fake.” Patricia was sure of it. Oliver and Helena? Not happening. Grandma Grace from the Brooks family was practically a legend, always scheming to set up Oliver and Helena, but it was all about strategy.
