“Where are your bodyguards?”

“Having them around would draw too much attention, so they’re in the shadows,” Wren explained.

Zoya scanned the crowd, unsure how many of his bodyguards were lurking among them.

“I came with a friend, but she’s busy with other stuff now.”

Though phrased as a request, it sounded more like an order.

Zoya shrugged indifferently; she had no reason to offend Wren over such a thing.

As they strolled through the exhibition, Zoya realized Wren’s knowledge of aerospace was way more extensive than that of

an average person.

He even used a bunch of professional jargon and could explain the principles behind them. Their conversations ranged from planes to drones, even touching on rare books.

No matter what topic they were on, Wren could seamlessly continue, sparking interesting discussions and even giving her some fresh ideas.

But just as she was about to board the aircraft, Nicolas suddenly rushed over and grabbed her arm. “Zoya, what do you think you’re doing? Not just anyone can get on a plane!”
