What? Rebecca was stunned. She couldn't believe Dylan was firing her.
But she hadn't done anything wrong.
As far as she knew, she hadn't made any serious mistakes. Why was she being dismissed so suddenly?
It seemed Dylan really despised her.
“Understood. I’ll complete the handover and submit my resignation letter shortly.”
If she was being let go, she would face it with dignity and not make a fuss.
But Dylan frowned slightly and said, “Who said anything about you resigning?”
Rebecca furrowed her brow. “Isn’t that what you meant?”
Dylan replied flatly, “Of course not. Mr. Frost has returned, and starting tomorrow, the Frost Group will be back in his hands. I’ve been very satisfied with your work performance during this time; you’ve passed your evaluation. Since I was the one who hired you, you’ll be transferring with me to the Austin Group starting tomorrow. Your duties will remain the same.”
Rebecca frowned. “I’m being transferred to the Austin Group?”
Dylan looked at her and replied, “That’s right. Do you have any other questions?”
Rebecca shook her head.
Dylan’s lips curved slightly. “In that case, you can get back to your work.”
Leaving the president’s office, Rebecca’s feelings were a complicated mess.
She could accept a job transfer, but the thought of working so closely with Dylan every day… was that really a good idea?
When her colleagues learned that Raina was being transferred to the Austin Group with the president, the office erupted. They were all green with envy.
